Here are the recipes you requested, very easy, and super "delish!" I am sending the as attachments (hope this works!) 

The only change I made to Olivia's Buttermilk pie was to reduce the sugar from to 1 1/4 cups and I squeezed a lemon slice over each piece before serving. I think the lemon is important, rather than have to squeeze juice over the pie piece,... you might want to just add 1/3 C. lemon juice directly to the recipe.
